When can I expect to receive my package?
All items currently available is stock will take 1-3 days to ship. ALL items in PRE-ORDER status will require 2-3 weeks to ship.

Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email once you shipment has been processed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist!
Please note: It may take up to 24-48h for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after having ordered, contact one of our customer service at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you!
How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
